How it runs

Two weeks. You see it working in the first one.

A call, a fixed price, something clickable by week one, then it’s yours.

Once it’s running

The engagement

Three steps. Nothing to commit to until the second.

Free

Step 1: A call and a scope.

Forty-five minutes on how your studio actually works. You leave with a written scope, a fixed price and a date.

First payment

Step 2: Something clickable, early.

A real build with your data in it by the end of week one. Not a design file.

Handover

Step 3: Live, with your team in it.

On your domain, team onboarded, two weeks of adjustments included. The code is yours.

How work moves without being moved.

Forwards and backwards.

Jobs move through fixed stages. When a round comes back, the job drops back into edit on its own.

Each person sees their own work.

Editors see their jobs. The founder sees everything. People who leave are switched off, not deleted.

Things happen without anyone remembering.

Deadlines reach your phone. Overdue work gets chased. Dormant access closes itself.

About the process.

Worth fifteen minutes?

Tell me how your studio tracks projects today. If software isn’t the answer, I’ll say so on the call — that happens often enough to be worth mentioning.
