Privacy
Who is responsible for your data
This site and the business behind it are run by Prithvi Chauhan, working alone from Delhi, India, under the name Studio OS. For UK and EU data protection law, I am the data controller. You can reach me at prithvichauhan.dev@gmail.com.
What I collect
What you send me. If you email me or book a call, I hold your name, email address, and whatever you choose to tell me about your studio and what you need built.
Booking a call. When you book through the booking form on this site, your name, email address, phone number, studio name, notes and the time you picked are sent to Cal.com to schedule the call, and the call itself is held on Google Meet. Each handles that information under its own policy: Cal.com’s privacy policy and Google’s privacy policy.
Fonts. The typefaces are served from this site itself. Loading a page sends nothing to Google or any other font service.
Hosting. The site is hosted on Vercel, which keeps short-lived server logs — IP address, browser, the page requested — as part of running the service and defending it against abuse.
Analytics. This site runs no analytics. Nothing records which pages you visit.
What I do not collect
This site has no contact form, no login, no advertising and no tracking pixels. It sets no cookies. There is nothing to consent to on arrival, which is why you were not asked.
Your browser does keep a few things on your own device: your light or dark theme choice, and — for the current visit only — the studio name you type into the demo and any notes you carry from the calculator or scope builder. None of it is sent to me or anyone else.
Why I am allowed to hold it
Under UK and EU GDPR I rely on:
- Contract — where I hold your details because you are working with me, or discussing doing so at your request.
- Legitimate interests — replying to an enquiry you sent, keeping records of work done, and keeping the site running and secure.
- Consent — anything you opt into separately. You can withdraw it at any time.
- Legal obligation — invoices and tax records, which I have to keep whether either of us wants to or not.
Who else sees it
I do not sell personal data and I do not share it for anyone else’s marketing. It reaches other companies only where they run part of this operation for me. Each holds it under their own terms and processes it on my instructions.
Calls are booked through Cal.com and held on Google Meet. Email runs on Google (Gmail). The site is hosted on Vercel. Fonts are self-hosted with the site, so Google Fonts receives nothing.
Where it goes
I work from India and use services operated from the United States and Europe, so personal data belonging to people in the UK, EU or Australia is transferred outside their own country. Where that happens for UK and EU data, transfers rely on the Standard Contractual Clauses or the UK addendum in the providers’ own terms.
How long I keep it
Enquiries that don’t turn into work are deleted once the conversation has clearly ended. Records from a project — the scope, correspondence and invoices — are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require, and then deleted.
Your rights
Wherever you are, you can ask me what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email is enough — there is no form.
UK and EU. Under UK and EU GDPR you also have the right to restrict or object to processing, to receive your data in a portable format, and to complain to a supervisory authority — the ICO in the UK, or your national authority in the EU.
India. Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can access and correct your data, withdraw consent, nominate someone to act for you, and raise a grievance with me before approaching the Data Protection Board.
Australia. Under the Privacy Act and the Australian Privacy Principles you can request access and correction, and complain to the OAIC if you are not satisfied with how I handle it.
I answer within 30 days.
Children
This is a business-to-business service. It is not aimed at children and I do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date below changes with it. Material changes affecting an active client will be sent to you directly rather than left here to be noticed.

Worth fifteen minutes?
Tell me how your studio tracks projects today. If software isn’t the answer, I’ll say so on the call — that happens often enough to be worth mentioning.
